S.T.A.T.

The S.T.A.T. Program Initiative also provides a stipend to each participant throughout the five-week workshop. The concept behind providing a stipend for S.T.A.T. participants are two-fold; one being the assistance of providing a modest income to stabilize the individual’s livelihood while undergoing a dramatic lifestyle redirection. The second being an opportunity to be instructed on financial literacy on how to manage money.

S.t.a.t. stipend:

1. The daily issuance of a single bus pass or train ticket to participants who need public transportation to commute to and f rom their residence to the RYZE 2 FLYE facility.

2. A single $50 gas card per week for licensed driving participants who need assistance commuting to and from the RYZE 2 FLYE facility.

3. $500.00 per week (at a mandatory requirement of 7 hours per day) to attend and successfully participate in the five-week workshop.

Program Goals

1. To bring awareness and inform the community about the RYZE 2 FLYE organization and what they can expect from the S.T.A.T. program.

2. To partner with local businesses, public officials, civic leaders, law enforcement, and other community outreach initiatives to develop a culture of positive working relationships for the betterment of the community as a whole.

3. To register and certify two hundred and forty (240) community residents annually through the S.T.A.T. program.

4. To assist and monitor post-participants in finding and maintaining employment.

5. For RYZE 2 FLYE to successfully develop the S.T.A.T. program into a Statewide service for violence and poverty impacted communities.

Objective:

1. To become a long-term sustainable resource for the residents of communities that have been challenged by limited access to personal growth and development.

2. To Stabilize, Teach, and Transition socially deficient communities into safe thriving environments.

3. To develop, support, and promote an untapped market pool of workforce laborers who are formerly incarcerated “Returning Citizens” and or residents of communities that have historically been overlooked or unqualified to compete in the job market.
